Role Purpose:
Responsible for providing best-in-class learning and educational programs for BJC employees. Individual program management portfolio responsibilities vary among requirements for: online, facilitated, internal, outreach, intergenerational bridging and mentoring, professional and workforce development, and ongoing personal improvement areas of focus.
Responsibilities:
-Assesses learning needs by analyzing the gap between what employees know and do and what they should know and do.
-Designs instructional approach for appropriate delivery medium and creative concepting for targeted audiences.
-Implements effective courseware by performing online testing, instructor-taught pilot programs, revising courseware as necessary, or interfacing with Learning Management System (LMS) or Training Coordinator.
-Develops engaging and effective learning, and establishes, measures, analyzes, and tracks results for the evaluation of program effectiveness.
-Directs major cross-portfolio, intra-organizational, or public initiatives.
